Club donation projects since 2010
The Russian River Fly Fishers Board has for years made annual donations to various organizations consistent with our club objectives and as limited by the size of our resources which rely on the success of our fundraising activities (primarily the annual dinner).
In the 2023-2024 fiscal year we approved donations of $5070, our highest ever, to five organizations serving northern California: Casting for Recovery (breast cancer/flyfishing), Steelhead in the Classroom (children/environmental), Healing waters (veterans/flyfishing), Mayfly Project (foster kids/flyfishing) and Riverkeeper Watershed Cleanup.
