Annual election of Board of directors
Every year, the club nominates and elect Officers and members of the Board of Directors. Following is the schedule:
1. Board prepares a nomination ballot in February/March.
2. Prior to April 30, Board solicits alternative nominations from the general membership for Officers and/or those Board member(s) due for new 2 year term.
3. Board Secretary vets any additional nominations received to ensure they come from current RRFF membership and are willing to serve.
3. Election - General Membership votes in June.
4. Results announced by July 1.

Make a nomination only if you wish to offer an alternative nomination for President, Vice-President or for the 7 Board members that have already been nominated.
