  •  Adult, Child and advance discount raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets.
  • On the night of the event, you will be able to pick up your advance purchased raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets at the door on check in.
  • Final attendance numbers will go to caterer by February 8th.
  • You can also purchase tickets at the Pond or at Meetings via cell phone tap-to-pay from:

  • Fly Fishing Gear and all types of fishing accessories. (non-fly fishing gear also welcomed.)
  • ​​Fly-fishing Art Work. 
  • Products and services from you or a friend’s business.
  • Spa Sessions or Cosmetology Services.
  • Tickets to Sporting Events or Souvenirs
  • Fly Tying Vises, Tools, tying materials, tied flies, fly boxes.
  • Prams, Pontoons, or Float Tubes (Must be in very good and safe condition.)

Types of help we need (note that some of these times may change slightly): 
​
1- Dining Table Setup, 1-3 PM.
  • Cover with table cloths
 
​​2- Raffle Auction Tables Setup, 1-4 PM.
  • Cover tables with table cloths
  • Setup Raffle items with Ticket Cans, info sheet.
  • Set up Auction items with Info and Bid sheets. 

3- Greeting Table, Sales Table Setup,                   4 PM - 6:30 PM 
  • Cover tables with table cloths
  • Attendance & Raffle ticket presales roster
  • Sales Table items on hand
  • Cash box on hand 
  • Gates open 5:00 PM, begin checkin & sales, 30 minute sessions after that, (need cashier on hand).

 4- Raffle/Auction Winners announced,            7:30-8:30 PM
  • Raffle:  Assist pulling tickets and delivering winnings
  • Auction:  Assist delivering winnings (after Cashiers take payments).  

​5- Assist with Cleanup after event ends          8:30 - 9 PM.

6- Might you be interested in supplying a small number (5-10 helpings) of your favorite dessert for others to enjoy?
