- Adult, Child and advance discount raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets.
- On the night of the event, you will be able to pick up your advance purchased raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets at the door on check in.
- Final attendance numbers will go to caterer by February 8th.
- You can also purchase tickets at the Pond or at Meetings via cell phone tap-to-pay from:

Types of help we need (note that some of these times may change slightly): 1- Dining Table Setup, 1-3 PM.
2- Raffle Auction Tables Setup, 1-4 PM.
3- Greeting Table, Sales Table Setup, 4 PM - 6:30 PM
4- Raffle/Auction Winners announced, 7:30-8:30 PM
5- Assist with Cleanup after event ends 8:30 - 9 PM. 6- Might you be interested in supplying a small number (5-10 helpings) of your favorite dessert for others to enjoy? |
